The staff was very friendly, they spoke some English but not much, but they were super nice and polite.
We picked up the luggage at 17:30 on Sunday as indicated by the app, despite that on Google maps the restaurant shows as first open at 18:30.
All was fine. Positive experience. Would recommend them.
